Other than a couple of jokes by Sarah Silverman, this show sucked. Is it official, am I old? Have I gotten so far away from the MTV target demographic that I just don't get it? Other than the wonderful digs at Paris Hilton, which were made that much better because she had the guts to do them with Uber-Tart in the room, what was funny? Anyone? Bueller?

MTV Movie Awards
Other than a couple of jokes by Sarah Silverman, this show sucked. Is it official, am I old? Have I gotten so far away from the MTV target demographic that I just don't get it? Other than the wonderful digs at Paris Hilton, which were made that much better because she had the guts to do them with Uber-Tart in the room, what was funny? Anyone? Bueller?

The fact that you get the Bueller joke probably is the clearest indicator that you are officially out of the MTV demographic. Keep in mind these kids have never seen an album or actually dialed a phone.
Yeah...after I wrote that I knew it was true. I'm old.
THey target their programming at 14-24 year olds, if you STILL get it, then there is a problem. ; 0
